The Race to Incarcerate Panel Discussion

Judge Cheryl E. Chambers, New York City Criminal Court, invites Anne R. Elliott, Ph.D., Executive Director to participate in a Black History Month panel discussion entitled The Myths that Divide Us: The Race to Incarcerate, Re-Entry and Recidivism on Thursday, March 4, 2004 at the Kings County Supreme Court building in downtown Brooklyn. Other panelists include: State Senator John Sampson; Dr. Devine Pryer, Medgar Evers College; and Deborah Peterson-Small, Esq., Drug Policy Alliance.
