Established in 1975 and located in East Harlem, Greenhope is a leader in working with predominantly poor African-American and Latina female ex-offenders and women referred by the courts as an alternative to incarceration. Greenhope offers clients residential, day treatment and outpatient program services in order to address the problems that lead to a life of drugs and crime. Our goal is to return to the community productive citizens who are prepared to meet the challenges of daily living while remaining clean and sober.
